Refund & Cancellation Policy

The ₹999 reservation fee secures a priority consultation slot and a written scope document delivered within 48 hours of the call.

• It is adjusted in full against your project cost if you engage us within 30 days of the call.
• It is refunded in full if we cancel or reschedule and you do not wish to rebook.
• It is refunded in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled call.
• It is not refunded for cancellations within 24 hours of the call, or for no-shows.

Projects begin on receipt of an advance, which is stated in your quotation.

• Cancellation before work begins: the advance is refunded in full, less any third-party costs already incurred on your behalf, such as domain registration or premium templates.
• Cancellation after work begins: we refund the advance in proportion to work not yet completed, assessed against the milestones in your quotation. Completed work is handed over.
• Cancellation after final delivery and approval: no refund, as the deliverable has been provided.

Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ notice.

• We do not refund part-months. Your service runs to the end of the paid period.
• Annual plans cancelled mid-term are refunded for whole unused months, less a two-month administration charge.
• On cancellation we provide your files and reasonable assistance with migrating away.

Domain registrations, paid plugins, stock imagery, premium fonts, and similar third-party purchases made on your behalf are non-refundable once bought, as we cannot recover them.

• We acknowledge within 2 business days.
• We confirm the decision and amount within 7 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a further 2–5 business days to credit it.
