Terms & Conditions

We provide website design, development, hosting and maintenance services. The specific deliverables, timeline and price for your project are set out in the written quotation or proposal we send you. That document, together with these terms, forms our agreement. Where the two conflict, the quotation takes precedence.

Prices quoted through our website calculator are estimates based on the information you provide. A final price is confirmed in writing after a discovery call. Quotations are valid for 30 days.

One-time development fees are payable as set out in your quotation, typically as an advance before work begins and the balance before the site goes live. Monthly hosting and maintenance fees are billed in advance and are payable for as long as we host your site. We may suspend services on accounts more than 15 days overdue, after written notice.

You agree to provide content, images, brand assets, and feedback within the timelines we agree. Projects delayed by more than 30 days awaiting client input may be re-quoted, as our costs and availability change. You confirm you hold the rights to all content and assets you supply to us.

Your quotation states the number of revision rounds included. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and begins only once you approve it in writing.

On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final website design and custom code created specifically for your project passes to you. We retain ownership of our own underlying tools, components, and frameworks developed before or independently of your project, and of any third-party components, which remain subject to their own licences.

We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials. Tell us in writing if you would prefer we did not, and we will not.

Monthly fees cover hosting, security updates, uptime monitoring and minor content changes as described in your plan. They do not cover new features, redesigns, or third-party service costs, which are quoted separately. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, as we depend on third-party infrastructure providers.

Your site may use third-party services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, and analytics tools. These operate under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or performance.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you have paid us for the work in question in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable. We will hand over your files and provide reasonable assistance with migration.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
